Then add coriander powder, tomato,salt,curd,red chilli powder, green chilies & a little water. Fry it very well.
- After that add 1 cup water in frying masala & cook it 5 minutes in low flame. Then add eggs & sugar.
- Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.when gravy turns thicken, add garam masala powder.Now egg curry is ready to serve. Serve it with steamed rice,roti, paratha or fried rice.
