- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Handful shop bought prawn crackers

- For the prawn toast, slice your bread into quarters. Blend your prawns with the seasonings and apply to the bread. Fry in oil for 3 minutes each side
- For the spring rolls, par boil lasagne sheets for 5 minutes until soft enough to roll. Cook your duck and shred. Mix with hoisin sauce, apply to lasagne sheets, roll and cook at 180c for 10 minutes
- For salt & pepper chicken, cut chicken breasts and coat in cornflour and seasonings. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes turning regularly
- For egg fried rice, boil rice until nearly cooked and then fry in sesame oil with frozen peas and seasonings. Make a well, add egg, slow to scramble for 30 seconds and then mix together
- For salt and pepper chips, cut your potatoes, par boil in salted water, season with seasonings and cook in the oven at 180 for 40 minutes turning twice
- For crispy chilli beef, add cornflour and seasonings to the beef and combine. Fry in oil for 5 minutes each side. Set aside. Add rest of ingredients to a pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Add back the beef and then mix for two minutes
- For vermicelli noodles, add spices to boiling water in a pan and boil your noodles. Take your noodles out, heat sesame oil in a pan and add sliced red pepper, fry your noodles for 3 minutes stirring often
- Serve everything with your choice of garnishes and prawn crackers
