- Add rice and stir for 1 min. Add water and bay leaves and bring to a boil, reduce to medium low heat and half-cook the rice for 15/20 min.
- Turn off the heat and stir in almonds and raisins. Stuff the duck with the rice mix, and use the rest to cover the dish, add a glass of water, juice of 1 orange and cover with foil.
- Cook for 1 hour & 30 min. If the skin is not very brown remove foil and cook for an additional 15 min. Enjoy!
